Region: Wiehl / Siegen / Herborn Ihre Aufgaben: In der Rolle des Key Account Specialist sind Sie maßgeblich für die Steigerung der Marktpräsenz von Kennametal in Ihrer Region verantwortlich. Sie identifizieren aktiv neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten, gewinnen potenzielle Kunden und entwickeln diese zu langfristigen Partnern. Mit Ihrem Gespür für Markttrends und Ihrer proaktiven Herangehensweise erschließen Sie neue Kundensegmente und positionieren unsere Premium‑Produkte erfolgreich. Zu Ihren Kernaufgaben gehören Eigenständige Akquise und Entwicklung von Neukunden Durchführung anspruchsvoller technischer und kaufmännischer Beratungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kundenservice, Produktmanagement und Anwendungstechnik Selbstständige Steuerung des gesamten Vertriebsprozesses – von der Angebotserstellung über die Teilnahme an Ausschreibungen bis hin zu Vertragsverhandlungen und -abschlüssen Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Messen, Symposien und bei Kundenpräsentationen Kontinuierliche Marktbeobachtung und Einbringen innovativer Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung Unsere Anforderungen Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem metallverarbeitenden Beruf mit Fortbildung zum Meister, oder Techniker Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar, wäre wünschenswert mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung und Kenntnisse in der spanabhebenden Metallverarbeitung Erste einschlägige Vertriebserfahrung im B2B Bereich setzen wir voraus Routinierter Umgang mit MS‑Office Produkten, sowie einem CRM‑System Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil Reisebereitschaft überwiegend im Tagespendelbereich Wir bieten Ihnen Eine verantwortungsvolle Position mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum Ein dynamisches und unterstützendes Team Attraktive Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten in einem internationalen Unternehmen Corporate Benefits Neutraler Dienstwagen auch zur privaten Nutzung Remotearbeit 30 Tage Urlaub Professionelle Büroaustattung #J-18808-Ljbffr Kennametal Stellite Inc.
