Five Star Bath Solutions of South Jersey is looking for a reliable, high-quality drywall and painting subcontractor to support our bathroom remodeling projects. We are a growing bathroom remodeling company focused on delivering clean, professional, high-quality work for our customers. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, communicates clearly, shows up when they say they will, and finishes work the right way. This is a subcontractor opportunity. Work will be paid according to an agreed-upon paysheet based on the scope of work completed. What We’re Looking For We are looking for a subcontractor who values: High-quality workmanship We need clean drywall finishing, smooth paintwork, neat edges, and professional results that are ready for customer walkthroughs. Timeliness Our projects run on schedules. Showing up on time, completing work when promised, and communicating ahead of time if something changes is critical. Sticking to your word We value subcontractors who do what they say they are going to do. Reliability, honesty, and follow-through are just as important as skill. Responsibilities Work may include: Drywall hanging and repairs Drywall finishing, taping, mudding, sanding, and blending Patching after bathroom remodel work Painting bathrooms and surrounding areas Touch-ups and final punch-list work Protecting customer property and keeping the jobsite clean Communicating clearly with project managers and office staff Completing work according to agreed schedules and quality standards Requirements Ideal candidates should have: Experience with drywall finishing and interior painting Ability to produce clean, professional work Own tools and reliable transportation Strong communication skills Ability to work independently Respect for customers’ homes Ability to complete work on schedule Proper insurance and documentation as required for subcontractor work Compensation This is a subcontractor position. Pay is based on a paysheet for completed scopes of work. Specific pay amounts will depend on the type and size of the job.
