PRN Day Shift Nurse
At Gables Care Center , we pride ourselves on providing high-quality care and compassion to our residents. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled PRN Day Shift Nurse to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to our elderly residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the supervisor or physician
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress
Participate inQuality Improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care
Requirements:
Current RN licensure in the state of [insert state]
