Associate Insights Analyst

Supporting various analytical projects, the full-time Associate Insights Analyst will gather and analyze data, generate actionable insights, and assist in decision-making processes in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities Gather and manage data from multiple sources while ensuring quality and integrity through validation and cleaning Utilize statistical techniques to analyze large datasets, identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations Support planning initiatives by conducting scenario analysis and preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, or Statistics 0-2 years of experience in an analytical role handling large data sets Technical proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or Tableau is desirable Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated
