Vadis seeks an Employment Consultant to help individuals with disabilities find meaningful work across East King County from a Tukwila home office. You will collaborate with community partners, schools, and employers to expand opportunities and support clients daily. The role emphasizes person-centered planning, job coaching, and building relationships with local businesses.
