The position is Monday‑Friday, 7:30 am‑5:00 pm. What You Will Do: As a Coke Florida Field Sales Representative (FSR), you will be responsible for business development, customer service, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The FSR increases business by selling additional brands and packages within their sales territory’s existing customer base, primarily working with strategic customers such as Publix stores. Roles and Responsibilities: Making sales and assisting orders from customers Performing primary duties in the field by visiting customer accounts away from a company facility Building and maintaining profitable customer relationships Executing and closing all sales calls Selling incremental displays and equipment placements; managing promotional programs and ensuring dealer compliance Providing service during each visit, including light merchandising, Cold Vaults, Beverage Sections, and Cold Drink Equipment Reviewing business results with customers Ensuring that company assets meet performance requirements and developing action plans for under‑performing assets Guaranteeing outlet compliance with Coke Florida standards Communicating account activities to appropriate parties Conducting merchandising and rotation inspections as needed Scheduling and executing resets to expand the portfolio Resolving customer inquiries and closing service tickets Transporting, replacing, and maintaining point‑of‑sale advertising as required Maintaining regular and punctual attendance Working overtime as assigned Complying with all company policies, procedures, and applicable laws Identifying and reporting unsafe working conditions Adhering to dress code or appearance/grooming standards Working the assigned shifts and schedules For This Role, You Will Need: High School diploma or GED required Minimum age 18 years or older At least one year of general work experience Proficiency with mobile applications Availability to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays A valid driver’s license Current vehicle liability insurance as specified by the company A clean driving record with no major violations in the past three years A personal vehicle for use during employee working hours Additional Qualifications That Will Make You Successful: Bachelor’s Degree (or 3‑4 year college, preferably a university degree) At least one year of prior sales experience (preferred) Food or beverage industry experience (preferred) Ability to create and conduct sales presentations Strong attention to detail and follow‑up skills Excellent planning and organizational skills Proficiency in computer applications This Role Is Extremely Physical and Will Require: Lifting, carrying, and positioning objects up to 50 pounds repeatedly Pushing and pulling objects up to 50 pounds repeatedly, including kneeling, squatting, and reaching maneuvers Using manual transport equipment, such as pallet jacks or hand trucks, to move product loads over 100 yards without assistance Manipulating objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand‑eye coordination Exerting oneself physically over sustained periods to complete job activities Reading information in small, medium, and large print Standing for a minimum of six hours during the workday Walking a minimum of four miles during the workday Frequently working in hot and humid outdoor environments This job description is not an exhaustive list of all functions that the employee may be required to perform, and the employee may be required to perform additional functions.
