These programs will help new grads expand, discover, grow and excel – providing that critical EDGE needed as you grow into your career.By participating in this rotational program, you will complete four six-month project assignments designed to build your knowledge of Rockwell Automation products, processes, and technical skills. Associates perform in a full-time professional capacity throughout the program. Associates can be placed within a technology development or analytics development program track based on their interests and skillsets.Rotation areas could include: Information Security & Cyber SecurityData Analytics & Data EngineeringArtificial Intelligence and Machine LearningAutomation EngineeringApplication DevelopmentCloud EngineeringNetwork SecurityEnterprise ArchitectureTools/Technology ResearchIT Strategy & Portfolio ManagementEnd User ExperienceThe Essentials - You Will Have:Graduating or graduated with a Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university prior to the start date (~June/July 2027) .Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
