Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Day, Evening, and Night shifts available

Silver Stream Rehabilitation and Nursing Center – Philadelphia, PA
Full-Time, Part-Time & Per Diem Opportunities Available

About Us:
Silver Stream Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is dedicated to providing exceptional skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care services in a compassionate and supportive environment. We are seeking caring, dependable, and motivated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Help residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
Take and record vital signs as assigned
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity and independence
Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare team members

Qualifications:

Current CNA certification in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
Long-term care experience preferred, but new CNAs are encouraged to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing high-quality care
