Packer / Production Associate

Job Summary

Impact Employment Solutions is hiring dependable Packers / Production Associates for a growing manufacturing company in the area. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with room for long-term employment. In this role, you'll help package, inspect, and prepare products for shipment while maintaining quality and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package products according to work instructions and specifications.
• Inspect finished products for quality, defects, and accuracy before packaging.
• Label, count, weigh, and verify products prior to shipment.
• Seal boxes and containers using tape, glue, or other packaging materials.
• Work alongside machine operators and production team members to meet daily production goals.
• Complete production and packaging paperwork accurately.
• Perform final assembly or packaging as needed.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Assist with other production duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
• Basic math and counting skills.
