We are seeking a high-energy and self-sufficient Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in The Woodlands, TX. The ideal candidate must be a driven professional with the motivation to succeed and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. While a background in our specific industry is preferred, prior experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales is a firm requirement for this role. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented closer.
• Develops new business by identifying and qualifying potential accounts; initiating, developing, and closing sales; recommending new product features.
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying and qualifying prospects; researching and analyzing sales options.
• Develops new customers by establishing new distribution channels and supporting current sales outlets; explaining product potential to new outlets; identifying possibilities for product improvements and new products; training sales representatives and agents; supporting publicity efforts.
• Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
