Provide superior customer service online,on the phone, and in the store. Listen to customers and truly understandtheir needs and desires. Prioritize and answer emails ranging from gear questions towarranty issues. Answer online questions from ourcustomers about specific pieces ofgear. Check orders for accuracy andcompatibility between products. Problem solve with team members totroubleshoot any issues our customers may have. Help on the sales floor during busytimes. Operate our Point of Sale system for sales,returns, and warranties. Answer phones and process customer requestswith our POS. Navigate our website competently to helpanswer customerquestions. Attend all brand clinics. Starting late September. Requirements: Patience for extensive conversationsabout gear. Excellent written and oral communicationskills, including grammar and spelling.
