Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Macon, Georgia. The role involves providing comprehensive respiratory services, including assessment, treatment, and patient education, primarily focused on pediatric patients. Operate ventilatory and oxygen devices, including invasive and non‑invasive equipment. Conduct routine chest X‑ray reviews, pulmonary function studies, and arterial punctures. Assist with procedures such as bronchoscopy, tracheostomy care, and chest tube placement. Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation per BLS and ACLS guidelines. Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient responses. Communicate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members. Assist in equipment maintenance and perform self‑tests on ventilatory devices. Complete all assigned duties related to respiratory care in accordance with facility policies. Qualifications Required: Respiratory Therapist (RT) license, BLS and ACLS certifications, appropriate degree or certification for RT, location in Macon, Georgia, minimum 0 years experience. Preferred: Pediatric respiratory care experience.
