The Challenge

• Can you keep your team safe while driving quality and output?
• Will you spot trends in performance data and act before issues escalate?
• Can you coach individuals to master SOPs and elevate the whole crew?
• When equipment hiccups, do you coordinate maintenance and keep work flowing?

What You’ll Own

• Night-shift leadership of production employees, Monday–Friday (with weekend OT as needed).
• Compliance with safety rules, quality specifications, and production targets.
• Real-time performance monitoring and diligent completion of all required records.
• Hands-on training, coaching, and mentoring across procedures and safety.
• Staffing alignment and resource coordination to meet the production schedule.
• Operational troubleshooting and partnership with maintenance teams.
• Upholding a clean, orderly, and safe work area throughout the shift.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Manufacturing or production background (preferred).
• Prior team lead or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with basic computer applications.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift during the workday.
• Operate within a manufacturing environment around industrial equipment.
• Flexibility for overtime and weekend coverage when needed.
