Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Security Observation in Breinigsville, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Security Officer supporting a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will contribute to a welcoming, orderly environment while working with a reliable team that values integrity, innovation, and a people-first culture at Allied Universal.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, delivery-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, access points, parking areas, and the business perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor access to the facility and assist with verifying authorized entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Document observations, incidents, and unusual activity accurately, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
