We've built deep relationships with our clients and are now growing into local hiring. We're launching a local staffing division and we're looking for a driven, entrepreneurial recruiter to help build it from the ground up. This is a chance to get in early on a new service line inside an established company. The Role This is a true 360 recruitment role. You'll own the full lifecycle — from finding clients and winning business, to sourcing and placing candidates, to managing those relationships over time. You're not handing off to someone else. You're the person. Our initial focus is on legal staffing — paralegals, legal assistants, and attorneys. You'll help us build traction in this vertical and grow from there. What you'll be doing: Business development: Building your own book of business from scratch. You'll be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and winning new clients nationwide through outreach, networking, and referrals. Client relationship management: Understanding each client's hiring needs, building trust, and becoming their go-to staffing partner for local placements. Candidate sourcing and qualification: Finding top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, bar directories, local associations, referrals, and your own network. Screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates who fit. Placement and follow-through: Managing the full placement process — from intake call to offer acceptance — and staying involved post-placement to ensure client and candidate satisfaction. What we're looking for: Experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales — ideally someone who's done full-lifecycle or 360 recruitment before, but strong sales professionals with the right drive will be considered. Someone who wants to own the entire process, not just one piece of it. You find the client, you find the candidate, you make the match, you keep the relationship. Comfort working in the legal market is a plus, but not required — hustle and the ability to learn a vertical quickly matter more. Resilient, self-directed, and competitive. This role has real autonomy, which means it needs someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do next. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
