Hospice CNA/Hospice Aide
Location: Kilgore/Henderson Area
Looking for flexible CNA work where you can spend meaningful time caring for patients? Concho Hearts Hospice is seeking a compassionate PRN Hospice CNA / Hospice Aide to support patients and families in the Kilgore/Henderson area.
Unlike facility settings where assignments can feel rushed, hospice care allows you to focus on comfort, dignity, and personal connection. Our Hospice Aides play a vital role in helping patients feel supported and cared for during one of life’s most important journeys.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide compassionate personal care to hospice patients in their homes or care facilities.
- Assist with daily living activities while ensuring patient comfort and dignity.
- Observe and report patient condition changes to the nursing team.
- Document care and communicate with the interdisciplinary hospice team.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
