Experienced Forklift Driver Needed | $16.00 - $18.00/Hour

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Experienced Forklift Driver for a growing warehouse operation. If you're safety-minded, dependable, and have experience operating forklifts in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to connect with you!

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience

Position Overview

As an Experienced Forklift Driver, you'll play a key role in warehouse operations by safely moving materials, supporting shipping and receiving, and helping maintain an organized and efficient facility.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate forklifts to move materials throughout the warehouse

Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently

Pick, pull, and prepare orders for shipment

Stock and organize inventory in designated locations

Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

⚠ Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

Previous forklift experience required

Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred

Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical & Environmental Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly

Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching throughout the shift

Ability to climb on and off forklifts repeatedly

Comfortable performing physical warehouse duties when not operating equipment

Ability to work in non-climate-controlled environments with exposure to heat, cold, humidity, and changing temperatures

Ability to work safely around moving equipment, machinery, and warehouse traffic
