GMP Chemist
Eurofins Agroscience Services North Carolina
Eurofins seeks a GMP Chemist to provide analytical support for biotherapeutic process development, with focus on large molecules. The role requires hands-on laboratory experience with chromatography, immunoassays, and molecular techniques in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide analytical support to biotherapeutic process development teams
- Conduct laboratory analyses on large molecule biologics using chromatography and immunoassay methods
- Perform qPCR, ELISA, and UV-Vis spectroscopy experiments
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with GMP standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related field
- 1-3 years GMP industrial experience in analytical laboratory settings
- Proficiency with plate-based assays, qPCR, and HPLC techniques
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and regulatory documentation
- Experience with electronic laboratory notebooks and GMP record systems
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Preferred: familiarity with Empower or OpenLabs chromatography software
