FalconFirst is building Falcon Terminal , an AI-native product decision intelligence platform that collapses the entire discovery loop: prototype, live test, evidence, decision; from weeks into hours. Product managers design a working prototype, push it to real users in live workflows, and get a clear Pause / Pivot / Pursue recommendation backed by defensible evidence from real behavior. We're building for mid-market and Fortune 500 product teams, where decisions must be reproducible and auditable; not black-box guesses. We're early and moving fast: working product, first design partners, early access underway. Role Description This is a founding-team hire, and it's three jobs in one: Build the platform. Own core systems end to end: prototype generation, delivery into live user workflows, behavioral signal capture, and the statistical + agentic decision layer that turns real user behavior into recommendations a Fortune 500 team can defend. Raise the engineering bar. Work closely with our engineering team, partner with the founding team on technical direction, challenge our assumptions, and put in the foundations: architecture, security, testing, observability, evals; that let us sell to serious enterprises without losing startup speed. If you've built before, you have this list. We want you to bring it. The choices you make in your first year will shape this platform for years. That's the ownership, initiative, responsibility and opportunity. What You'll Do Design and build the systems behind our discovery loop: prototype generation, audience targeting and delivery, in-context behavioral capture, and the decision layer. Build and improve the AI pipeline: agent orchestration, prompts, evals, guardrails, and the statistical models that turn noisy behavioral and qualitative data into high-confidence recommendations. Make the platform enterprise-grade from the start: security, multi-tenancy, auditability, and reliability designed in; not bolted on later. Set engineering direction and standards: architecture decisions, design docs, code review culture, monitoring. Mentor and multiply the engineers around you. Work directly with the founder, design partners, and early enterprise customers. What you hear on a Tuesday call should change what ships that week.
