Serve food and drinks in a timely manner in a restaurant for our guests. Follow Customer service guidelines. Maintain a clean, attractive environment, in accordance with all company standards, policies and procedures. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Guests come first so the expectation is that 80% of your job will be:

• Greeting and seating guests

• Taking of food orders

• Food preparation – salads, soups, beverages, desserts

• Bussing of tables

• Sweeping carpet in your section

• Satisfy guest complaints promptly

• Develop and maintain high ticket average by up selling

The side work should only take a maximum 20% or less of your shift.  Side work includes restocking line, refilling condiments on table, resetting of section

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Education and/or Experience: 

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic knowledge of how to mix drinks a plus.

Language Skills:  

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills: 

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
