Advanced Women’s Care (AWC) is a rapidly expanding, physician-owned, multispecialty women’s health practice, and we are growing our Arizona presence.

We’re seeking OB/GYN physicians to join our team and help meet the increasing demand for high-quality women’s healthcare across the Valley.

Advanced Women’s Care is redefining women’s healthcare through an outcomes-driven, protocol-based model designed to deliver consistently excellent results.

Our multidisciplinary team includes:

• OB/GYN Physicians
• Certified Nurse Midwives
• Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeons (MIGS)
• OB/GYN Hospitalists
• Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM)
• Gynecologic Oncology
• Research and clinical support teams

We are known for our clinical excellence, innovation, and collaborative, physician-led culture .

• Compensation: Base + Bonuses $400,000 – $600,000 annually
• Sign-on / Retention Bonus: $75,000 – $100,000
• Relocation Assistance: $15,000 – $25,000
• 4:1 Call structure with dedicated RN triage team
