Responsibilities Create and execute sales strategies to grow and manage customer portfolios effectively Provide personalized advice by evaluating clients’ financial needs and priorities, presenting tailored plan options that fit their goals Participate in required training sessions—both online and in person—to obtain and maintain necessary licenses Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the client relationship Qualifications Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role Must already hold, or be willing to obtain, a Life/Health insurance license Passion for helping others and making a positive impact Prior experience in sales or business is highly valued Comfort using CRM tools, especially Salesforce, is a plus Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply Compensation $75,000 - $90,000+ yearly About NYL - DFW We are among the strongest and most respected financial companies in America today, ranking #69 on the 2025 Fortune 100 list.
