Caregiver Position Available
We are hiring compassionate caregivers immediately to join our award-winning home care team serving South King County. If you are a dependable caregiver, certified CNA, or HCA looking for meaningful work, consistent shifts, and competitive pay, we want to hear from you. At Always Best Care, our caregivers provide exceptional in-home support that helps seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their homes. We are seeking professional caregivers who are passionate about delivering quality care and building strong relationships with clients.

Caregiver Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Assist clients with medication reminders
- Transport clients to appointments and errands
- Prepare meals and assist with grocery shopping
- Perform light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Observe and report client condition changes
- Deliver compassionate caregiver support according to care plans
Caregiver Requirements
- Hold active Washington State CNA or HCA certification
- Have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- Be a reliable and compassionate caregiver
- Be comfortable providing hands-on personal care
- Be comfortable working around pets and occasional smoke exposure
- Have availability for consistent caregiver shifts
Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Professional caregivers go by many names: homemakers, home care aides, home health aides, certified nursing assistants, personal care assistants, direct care workers. No matter the name, what they all have in common is a calling to care for people in the comfort of their own homes.
