Commercial Services Specialist II (Manheim)

What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive support to numerous account holders. Proactively identify enhancement opportunities. Run and analyze reports for trends and compliance. Manage high-revenue, complex client accounts with accountability and excellence. Offer direct support and communication to account holders, understanding their requirements and challenges while communicating potential issues. Coordinate with national account representative to prepare and audit sale vehicle run processes including run order, scheduling, notice to customer account, vehicle repairs, accurate charge posting (pre-sale and limited post-sale), reporting, invoicing, etc. Monitor vehicle sales processes, communication with stakeholders, and accuracy to ensure a positive client experience. Develop positive relationships with clients, understanding their vehicle requirements and guiding them through auction processes, availability, and delivery. Examine vehicles in the sales lineup using various programs to verify inventory meets specifications, identify missing vehicles, and collaborate with account representatives to ensure vehicles are prepared for sale with appropriate imaging and announcements. Coordinate vehicle transportation, ensuring timely delivery and resolving emerging issues. Review condition reports to capture required announcements (Structural, Flood, True Miles Unknown, AS IS - NAAA mileage/age guidelines), branded titles, manufacturer’s buyback, etc. Ensure file jackets for client audits contain proper documentation and invoicing. Serve as liaison between clients and all auction departments. Collaborate with Accounts Receivable to post accurate charges, process and send invoices, and pursue collections. Prioritize tasks effectively within the lifecycle of auctioned cars. Demonstrate professionalism and sincere appreciation for business relationships between clients and Manheim. Work effectively in a fast‑paced environment, adapt to change, and multitask. Commit to providing excellent customer service. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of related experience, or 5 years of related experience. Prior clerical or administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to operate adding machines and other office equipment (copy machine, fax machine, etc.). Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods. Valid driver’s license and safe driving record. Preferred Requirements 1-3 years of clerical or administrative experience in the automotive industry. Compensation Hourly pay rate is $20.10 - $30.10 per hour. The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on location and qualifications. The position may also qualify for additional compensation, including commissions and/or incentive programs. Benefits Employees are eligible for a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off per month and seven paid holidays annually, plus additional PTO for bereavement, voting, jury duty, volunteer, military, and parental leave.
