A shared call model is in place, promoting a healthy work-life balance, complemented by in-house 24/7 laborist coverage for unassigned patients, emergencies, and practice delivery support. Our facility features a Level II (Level III) NICU with seamless access to tertiary care. We invite physicians who are looking for mentorship, professional growth, and a long-term position within a supportive private practice environment.

The position offers a competitive starting salary ranging from $350,000 to $500,000, along with bonus incentives, a sign-on bonus, relocation expenses, and a comprehensive benefits package.
