Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.## The Role You're ConsideringSalesforce Order Management Architect - SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Salesforce Order Management Architect to design and lead enterprise-scale order lifecycle solutions using Salesforce Lightning Order Management (OM) and integrated business systems.## Your RoleKey Focus Areas Architect end-to-end post-order processes including: Order ingestion and orchestration Fulfillment and shipping Cancellations, returns, and refunds Customer order visibility (WISMO)Lead Salesforce OM design and configuration: Order Summary Fulfillment Orders Delivery Groups Orchestration and exception handling Design and govern integrations with: WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) ERP platforms Payment gateways 3PL/logistics providers Shipping carriers and tracking systems Build scalable solutions using: Apex Flows Platform Events Event-driven architectures CI/CD and DevOps practices Provide technical leadership through: Architecture workshops Design reviews Stakeholder collaboration Documentation and solution governance What Makes This Role Unique This role goes beyond order capture and configuration. The architect will solve complex post-order challenges, such as: Fulfillment discrepancies Payment processing edge cases Carrier and tracking failures Returns and refund complexities Customer service visibility issues Ideal Candidate: A seasoned Salesforce architect with deep expertise in Order Management, integrations, fulfillment operations, and post-order customer experiences across enterprise ecosystems.## Your Skills and ExperienceRequired Experience 5-10+ years of Salesforce experience 3+ years specializing in Salesforce Order Management Strong expertise in: Lightning OM data model Order orchestration and fulfillment Apex, Flows, APIs, and integrations SFDX, Git, and CI/CD Hands-on integration experience with: WMS, ERP, payment processors Carrier and shipping APIs Third-party tracking services Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Order Management, Application Architect, or CTA certifications Experience with Salesforce Commerce (B2C/B2B) Retail, CPG, or consumer industry background Experience supporting high-volume post-order operationsThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $98,497- $233,248.Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
