This is a field-based, high-impact role for someone who lives and breathes franchise growth — from prospecting new partners to getting new locations open.What You'll DoIdentify, qualify, and close new franchise partners across East Coast markets — single and multi-unit operatorsManage the full franchise sales cycle from first conversation to signed agreementBuild and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools, industry events, and referral networksSupport new franchisees through site selection, pre-opening, and grand openingTarget non-traditional venues — airports, universities, travel hubs — as well as traditional retailReport on pipeline, conversion rates, and market development to senior leadershipWhat We're Looking For3–6 years in franchise development, franchise sales, or BD within restaurants, F&B, or specialty beverageProven track record closing franchise agreements with single and multi-unit operatorsBackground in fast-casual, QSR, or beverage concepts strongly preferredNon-traditional venue experience a big plusStrong commercial acumen, CRM discipline, and comfortable with regular East Coast travelSelf-starter with an entrepreneurial mindsetInterested in this challenge? xhyhwjd Please send your resume to Holly today!
