Before applying, please confirm that you are authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.As an Enterprise Associate Account Executive, you will drive new business growth by identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities within the private sector. Working closely with Sales, Product, Legal, Marketing and Customer Success teams, you will manage a defined territory, build a strong sales pipeline, and deliver consultative, data-driven solutions that help customers achieve their workforce goals. This role is ideal for an early career sales professional who is motivated by building relationships, exceeding goals, and developing expertise in workforce analytics.Major ResponsibilitiesIdentify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within an assigned territoryManage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, solution presentations, negotiations, and deal closureBuild trusted relationships with prospects and customers by understanding business challenges and delivering consultative solutionsMeet or exceed sales targets for revenue, pipeline growth, and other key performance metricsMaintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer activity using CRM tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, Engage and Outreach.Identify opportunities for renewals, cross-sell, and upsell while supporting long-term customer successCollaborate with Product, Legal, Customer Success, Marketing and other cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiencesContinuously develop sales skills, product knowledge, and market expertise to drive business growthEducation & Experience0–1 years of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, or another customer-facing role requiredBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferredStrong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levelsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve goals in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentFamiliarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and SalesLoft preferredSelf-motivated, coachable, and eager to develop expertise in consultative sales, workforce analytics, and labor market dataLightcast is a global leader in labor market insights, headquartered in Moscow, ID (US), with offices in the United Kingdom, Europe, and India.
