Job Summary: Power Platform Developer - MNIT/COMM Petrofund Project

Integres is hiring for Power Platform Developers to build a modern, secure digital solution for the Petrofund program—an initiative that reimburses costs tied to petroleum leak cleanup and underground tank removal across Minnesota.

Scope of Work:

Developers will work in an Agile team to deliver Power Platform applications and portals with integrated Azure services, secure authentication, and legacy data migration. The solution must comply with State of Minnesota's security, performance, and accessibility standards, and include complete documentation and training for long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build user-friendly applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
• Develop secure Power Platform Portals using Azure AD authentication
• Integrate with Azure SQL, Azure Storage , and external APIs
• Conduct data migration from existing legacy systems
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, etc.)
• Provide end-user training and post-launch support
• Ensure compliance with security, performance, and accessibility standards

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of application development experience
• 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform experience (Apps, Automate, BI)
• 2+ years of Azure integration experience (AD, SQL, Storage)
• API development & system integration
• Agile/DevOps methodology familiarity
• Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Government or public sector experience
• Experience with reimbursement or case/claims management systems
• Technical architecture documentation skills

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
