Locum Tenens - Glens Falls, New York Hematology/Oncology Physician Opening A well-established physician group in scenic Upstate New York is seeking an experienced Hematology/Oncology Physician to provide locum tenens coverage. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, patient-focused environment with a supportive care team. Assignment Details: Start Date: ASAP - OngoingAssignment: 6 Month Contract with possible extension Schedule: Monday-Friday, with shared weekend and weeknight call (1:5 rotation)Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSetting: Primarily outpatient; inpatient rounding as neededAverage Census: 10-15 patients per dayEMR: EPICTeam Composition: 5 oncologists and 5 advanced practice providersBreast Sub-Specialty Required The bulk of the practice is breast cancer Providers who see breast cases can be considered even without the specialized training This locum position covers for a physician currently out of the office. The scope of work includes both inpatient and outpatient care.
