Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Auburn, CA. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented administrative and sales support professional who enjoys helping customers, supporting outside sales teams, and keeping orders, quotes, and account activity moving accurately.

The Sales Coordinator will work in a small office environment as part of an established support team, communicating with distributors, end users, sales representatives, and manufacturer partners. This is a strong opportunity for someone who values teamwork, reliable processes, supportive leadership, and the chance to build deeper product and industry knowledge in a business-to-business sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Support sales representatives, distributors, and customers with product, pricing, quotation, availability, delivery, and order information.
- Prepare accurate sales quotations for stock items, special projects, and larger competitive opportunities.
- Process customer orders received by phone, email, and online systems, including confirmations and delivery updates.
- Maintain organized customer, account, contact, and sales activity records using CRM and internal systems.
- Coordinate sample orders and shipments while supporting product selection and specification requests.
- Communicate quote activity and order updates with outside sales staff to help support customer satisfaction and order completion.

Compensation and Benefits

- $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.
- Temp-to-hire opportunity.
