Talent Acquisition Specialist Direct hire Process: 1-2 video interviews + onsite Industry: Pharmaceutical manufacturing, 700 employees in the US working at 3 different locations, this is 2nd Recruiter Hours: full-time Location: 4 days onsite in Milford, MA Background check: yes Must haves Bachelor degree 2+ years of recruiting experience MS Office Preferred Biopharma, medical device or some regulated manufacturing industry SuccessFactors Job Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist works alongside the TAManager to help attract, source, and screen candidates for open positions. Responsibilities Initiates contact with qualified candidates and provides pre-employment information regarding job requirements, location, benefits, etc. for all temporary staffing needs as well as other entry level/mid-level requisitions. Reviews employment applications, resumes, and other credentials. Conducts phone screens, in-person interviews, and pre-employment assessments. Gather feedback from hiring teams to ensure prompt correspondence with candidates. Extends and negotiates offers of employment in partnership with the Talent Acquisition and Compensation managers. Provides guidance and expertise of Recruiting tools (ATS, Interview Guides, etc.) to hiring managers as needed Sources candidates through a variety of methods (job postings, employee referrals, job fairs, internet searches, public organizations, colleges & universities, networking, job boards, advertisements, etc.). Maintains frequent contact with candidates during and after the interview to ensure candidates receive timely feedback. Skills & Abilities Bachelor degree +1-5 years of recruiting experience Experience working with applicant tracking systems is preferred HR coordination experience is preferred Compensation Range: 77-95k base salary +5% bonus potential #J-18808-Ljbffr The Planet Group
