REMOTE Bookkeeper
Alari Search, LLC
Our client, a rapidly growing transportation company in Cleveland, is seeking a detail oriented Bookkeeper to provide accounting consulting services for a 3-month contract.
This is a flexible role for an experienced bookkeeper who is comfortable working independently, understands the financial operations, and has specific experience with QuickBooks.
This opportunity is for you if:
- You have professional bookkeeping experience
- You are highly organized and detail oriented
- You are comfortable working with QuickBooks and maintaining accurate financial records
- You have experience reconciling bank accounts and identifying discrepancies
- You are comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
- You are responsive, reliable and able to communicate clearly
- You understand that confidentiality and discretion are essential when working with client financial information
Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- 3+ years of experience in related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational and analytical skills Detail oriented
