• Current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (required)
• Prior experience working in school settings highly preferred
• Strong ability to assess and address individual student needs, developing targeted interventions
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct OT services to a diverse PreK–8 student population, adapting strategies to each child’s unique needs
• Conduct assessments, develop therapy goals, and monitor progress according to IEPs
• Collaborate with educational teams to support students’ participation and success in the school environment
• Document all interventions, progress, and recommendations in compliance with school and professional standards
• Serve as a resource for staff and parents, offering guidance and professional insight on developmental and functional skills
