Hospice and Palliative Medicine Physician

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospice and Palliative Medicine Physician located in Atlanta, GA. The physician will be responsible for providing compassionate care to patients with serious, complex illnesses. Duties include managing pain and other distressing symptoms, conducting patient and family consultations, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and developing treatment plans that align with patient values and goals. Qualifications Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school Board certification or board eligibility in Hospice and Palliative Medicine Strong clinical skills in pain and symptom management Experience in patient and family consultations and communicating treatment plans Collaborative skills to work with multidisciplinary teams Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA Experience in academic medicine and involvement in research is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
