Logistics Coordinator

Position Summary The Logistics Coordinator will analyze orders for errors and use Excel to convert data reports into a readable format. Job Duties and Responsibilities Monitor morning process to make sure it completes without errors and print reports once finished. Troubleshoot problem orders on 8.1 and 6.1 JD Edwards software application. Process and ship UPS shipments on the floor, as well as cut yardage, slipseats, and manual orders. Process truck and production schedules. Run reports for manufacturing production and customer service. Complete the end of day process. May perform other duties/ special or non-routine assignments as instructed. Job Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one (1) year of experience. Clerical skills such as answering phone, data entry, filing, photocopying, etc. Working knowledge of computer software such as Excel, Word, Ability to use other equipment such as hand-held scanners.
