PCB Assembler

Join a manufacturing team in Largo, FL as a detail-oriented PCB Assembler! In this essential role, you will manually place electronic components onto circuit boards, visually inspect parts, and use basic hand tools or barcode scanners in accordance with visual aids and workmanship standards. Candidates must be comfortable working under direct supervision, maintaining 5S cleanliness, and following standard safety protocols. A background in basic assembly or electronics is preferred, along with good hand-eye coordination and basic math/computer skills.  

Hours: Shift B (12-Hours; 6pm-6am - Rotating Nights)

Responsibilities

• Manual Component Assembly: Prepare and manually insert electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs), subassemblies, and finished goods according to spec sheets and visual aids.

• Instruction & Spec Compliance: Follow detailed written and verbal production work instructions, schematic drawings, and visual aids to maintain strict workmanship standards.

• Visual Inspection: Conduct precise visual inspections of inserted components to ensure correct placement, polarity, alignment, and insertion depth.

• Tool & Equipment Operation: Safely operate small hand tools, manual inserters, and barcode scanners to mark, track, and process electronic assemblies.

• Material Handling & Inventory: Properly handle sensitive electronic components, accurately record progress reports, and monitor and restock parts bins as needed.

• Workstation & 5S Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and standardized work area at all times following 5S lean manufacturing guidelines.

• Safety & Policy Adherence: Strictly follow all facility safety, security, ESD (Electrostatic Discharge), and company health regulations under the direct supervision of the Line Manager or Manufacturing Supervisor.
