PCB Assembler

Candidates must be comfortable working under direct supervision, maintaining 5S cleanliness, and following standard safety protocols. A background in basic assembly or electronics is preferred, along with good hand-eye coordination and basic math/computer skills. Hours: Shift B (12-Hours; 6pm-6am - Rotating Nights) salary: $40,560 - $42,640 per year

- Manual Component Assembly: Prepare and manually insert electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs), subassemblies, and finished goods according to spec sheets and visual aids.
- Instruction & Spec Compliance: Follow detailed written and verbal production work instructions, schematic drawings, and visual aids to maintain strict workmanship standards.
- Visual Inspection: Conduct precise visual inspections of inserted components to ensure correct placement, polarity, alignment, and insertion depth.
- Tool & Equipment Operation: Safely operate small hand tools, manual inserters, and barcode scanners to mark, track, and process electronic assemblies.
- Material Handling & Inventory: Properly handle sensitive electronic components, accurately record progress reports, and monitor and restock parts bins as needed.
- Workstation & 5S Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and standardized work area at all times following 5S lean manufacturing guidelines.
- Safety & Policy Adherence: Strictly follow all facility safety, security, ESD (Electrostatic Discharge), and company health regulations under the direct supervision of the Line Manager or Manufacturing Supervisor.
