At Syskoplan Reply, we are seeking a Senior SAP QM Consultant to join our team. You are an individual who has technical and functional expertise of the SAP QM module which allows you to solve problems and deliver optimum solutions for the client. You will act as both a strategic advisor and hands-on configurator, delivering best-in-class solutions aligned with SAP Activate methodology and SAP’s fit-to-standard approach. You have strong business acumen, technical expertise, and the ability to translate complex QM processes into standard cloud-based solutions using SAP Best Practices. You have hands on S/4HANA and S/4HANA Cloud experience including use case of standard Fiori applications.ResponsibilitiesAct as a business consultant to help customers achieve their objectives, understanding the importance of communication in a consultant's roleProblem solve with an extraordinary technical and functional understanding of business processes, QM principles, and SAP productsSupport end users from a functional and/or technical perspective, working closely with them and the business to analyze and review their business requirements or processesTroubleshoot and configure SAP QM, including integration points with other modules and cross-functional design/build of other modules; work on multiple projects as a project team member or team leadLead fit/gap and other types of working sessions to understand needs driven by business process requirements; translate requirements into solutions using SAP Best PracticesPrepare clear and concise documentation, as well as provide timely status updatesProactively identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues; assess corporate impacts of changes and recommend strategies to senior managementProvide knowledge transfer to clients and fellow consultants, in formal and ad hoc settingsMinimum RequirementsBachelor’s DegreeTravel up to 50%8 years of SAP experience with a minimum of 3 full-cycle SAP implementations. Implementation experience in SAP Cloud environments both public and private.Deep expertise in SAP QM within manufacturing environments, including quality planning, inspection management (incoming, in-process, and final), quality notifications, nonconformance management, audit/compliance management, batch management/traceability, and Fiori appsExpert in set-up and configuration of QM as well as cross functional design/build of other module(s)Proficient in all aspects of a project from requirement gathering and gapping to realization to testing, go-live prep and go-live execution as well as hyper-care support. Ability to lead sessions and create requirements to develop the right client solutionHighly skilled in QM master data set-up, cleansing, harmonization and migration, including LSMW and Migration CockpitAbility to be a thought leader in your domain and contribute to ecosphere both within and external of ReplyPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of IoT, Machine Learning, and Big DataInternational project or SAP configuration experience in NAFTA, LATAM, and/or EMEAS/4 Public and/or Private Cloud CertificationExperience with SAP Activate methodology and SAP’s fit-to-standard approachAbout ReplyReply specializes in the design and implementation of solutions based on new communication channels and digital media.
