Position Summary The Senior Accountant at HRM Enterprises, Inc. supports the finance and accounting team by managing complex financial reporting, analysis, and compliance tasks across our family of businesses. This role ensures the accuracy of financial data and contributes directly to operational and capital budgeting and long-term financial planning. This is a high-impact role for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, multi-entity environment. You will serve as a subject matter expert on our ERP's financial reporting tools, lead monthly P&L conversations with individual business units, and partner with leadership to drive meaningful financial performance improvements across the organization. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
- Serve as subject matter expert for the ERP's financial report writer
- Perform reconciliations for general ledger accounts, bank statements, and intercompany transactions
- Identify and resolve discrepancies promptly and accurately
- Conduct variance analysis, budgeting support, and forecasting to provide insights on financial performance
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements across business units
- Provide financial planning and analysis support for various HRM business units
- Lead monthly profit & loss meetings with each business unit and assist in driving improved profitability
- Support profitability analysis for the e-commerce platform, including revenue recognition and P&L reporting
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support e-commerce financial decisions
- Identify and implement enhancements to accounting processes and systems, leveraging technology to improve accuracy and efficiency
- Work closely with the Controller, Accounting Manager, Finance Team, and cross-functional departments to support financial operations and strategic initiatives
- Assist with special projects - including system implementations, financial modeling, or operational reviews - as needed to support business growth
