Qualified candidates will have:

• A valid Indiana Special Education teaching license (IN SPED)

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with current best practices in special education

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and delivering tailored instructional activities for students on your caseload
• Developing and managing IEPs, ensuring adherence to state and federal guidelines
• Collaborating with general education teachers, support staff, and families for student success
