IT Service Desk Analyst II

Role Overview The IT Service Desk Analyst is responsible for responding to IT Service Desk incidents and requests, providing efficient service in support of PC's, software, printers, and related peripheral devices, and escalating security issues. What You Will Do Respond to calls, self-service tickets, emails, and chats, log and track issues, analyze historical data, and implement corrective actions. Provide network and computer technical support remotely, offer support to other technicians, and define processes and procedures. Familiarity with ITIL, Microsoft Active Directory, and enterprise network systems is a plus. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience and client support experience CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ certification a plus Preferred certifications in Microsoft operating systems or other applications as well as any other industry standard certifications Minimum five (5) + years technology experience preferred with two to four (2-4) years as Client Support Analyst Benefits Full-time employment.
