Location & Compensation Location: Gloucester, MA Base salary range: $108,000.00 - $148,500.00 (Target Total Cash) Team Work with a product line team to manage ion implanter products for the worldwide semiconductor manufacturing industry. Responsibilities Support common modules roadmap and implementation of released products Support implementation of component roadmaps including part obsolescence, replacements, alternative vendors, and cost reduction Facilitate inter‑company communication to align on product strategies, assist in providing guidance on pricing, spare level contents, and restricted part orders Support implementation of cost‑reduction roadmap Assist in managing changes to the product after release, driven by engineering, quality, safety, customer demands or supply obsolescence Assist in product change management (PCM) and control, including implementation of PCN (Part Change Notification) with Global Product Support Provide guidance/input on field service impact of part/supplier changes Assist in accuracy of customer shipped configurations and BOMs, including CaRM (Configuration accuracy Review Meeting) reviews, BOM accuracy, and NSR (Non‑Standard Request) approval Requirements Bachelor’s (or Master’s) in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering field; MBA or Master’s preferred Good academic standing with GPA above 3.0 on a 4.0 scale Ability to solve complex problems and take new perspectives on existing solutions Judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information Explain difficult or sensitive information; build consensus Flexible and adaptable mindset that thrives in a results‑driven culture Additional Information Time Type: Full time Employee Type: Assignee / Regular Travel: Yes, 10% of the time Relocation Eligible: Yes Compensation may include bonus and stock award program, as applicable.
