Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days | 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM | On-Site

Key Responsibilities

• Provide scrub and/or circulating RN coverage in a high-volume surgical operating room environment
• Support a broad range of surgical service lines including general, GYN, robotics, neuro, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, burn, and trauma
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio and deliver safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care
• Utilize Cerner for clinical documentation throughout the perioperative process
• Adhere to a variable schedule with on-call requirements as needed
• Float to other departments in accordance with facility floating policy

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in North Carolina or compact state eligibility
• Minimum of 2 years of operating room nursing experience
• Skill level of 3 or higher in Joint, Neuro, Ortho, and Vascular — no exceptions
• Broad surgical knowledge across multiple service lines
• Proficiency with Cerner electronic health records system

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in robotic surgery procedures
• Background in burn and trauma surgical cases
• Familiarity with high-acuity, Level II trauma center environments
