Gips Composite Specialist
Manage and maintain GIPS-compliant composites for the firm, ensuring adherence to all applicable standards. Collaborate with internal teams to gather, analyze, and validate data for composite construction and reporting. Perform regular reviews and audits of composite data to ensure accuracy and compliance. Assist in the preparation of GIPS-compliant presentations and materials for clients and stakeholders. Stay updated on changes to GIPS standards and implement necessary adjustments to processes and reporting. Support internal and external audits related to GIPS compliance and composite management. Provide training and guidance to team members regarding GIPS standards and composite methodologies. Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements for composite management.

A successful GIPS Composite Specialist should have:
- CIPM designation.
- 5+ years experience in investment performance and GIPS compliance operations.
- Experience with Confluence StatPro Composites application a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
