Associate Spine Specialist (Eugene, OR)

Globus Medical

Globus Medical seeks an Associate Spine Specialist to support spine territory management in Eugene, Oregon. The role combines product knowledge development, sales execution, and customer account management within an assigned geographic area.

Responsibilities

Build product expertise through formal training, surgeon programs, and operating room observations
Execute sales calls to existing and competitive accounts; meet assigned sales goals
Support territory manager on field calls and address customer account issues
Expand customer base and increase Globus market share in assigned territory
Provide market feedback on product development, target accounts, and competitive performance

Requirements

1-2 years spine sales experience or related healthcare/B2B sales background
Bachelor's degree in science or business
Strong understanding of spinal anatomy
Excellent listening, communication, and persuasion skills
Ability to travel as needed, including evenings and weekends
Capability to deliver effective sales presentations
