QUALIFICATIONS:

Must possess, as a minimum, a Bachelor's Degree in Dietetic from an accredited colleg or university. Must have, as a minimum. 2 years experience in a supervisor capacity in a hospital,skilled nursing care facilty, or other releted medical facility. Must have training in cost control, food management, diet therapy, etc.

POSITION SUMMARY;

The primary purpose of your job position in conjunction with Food Service Director is to plan,organize and devlop the overall operation of the Dietaty Deprtment in occordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure the quality nutritional service are provided on a daily basis and that the dieary department is maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary manner.
