About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate General Counsel to provide legal support for the Finance team, with a focus on capital markets and securitization programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of legal matters, including serving as the legal lead on ABS transactions, debt and structured debt deals, and M&A transactions. This role requires the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of various legal documents, as well as supporting IPO readiness projects and managing outside counsel. The ideal candidate will have a JD from an accredited law school, be an active member of at least one U.S. state bar, and have a minimum of 5 years' of relevant law firm experience or 7 years' of in-house or combined legal experience. Applicants for the Associate General Counsel position at the company should be experienced in complex corporate financing agreements, with a strong background in SEC reporting and disclosure. The role demands exceptional analytical, writing, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
