Role Overview As a Sales Producer, you will be instrumental in managing the entire sales cycle for insurance products. This is a full-cycle role where you will be responsible for everything from initial client contact through to closing the deal. You will have the autonomy to build and nurture your own pipeline, guiding clients through their insurance needs and ensuring they find the right solutions. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Your daily activities will encompass the full spectrum of sales, including: Initiating contact with potential clients through various virtual channels. Conducting needs assessments to understand client requirements and offer tailored insurance solutions. Presenting product information and benefits clearly and persuasively. Building strong rapport and trust with clients over phone and video calls. Managing your sales pipeline, tracking leads, and following up diligently. Negotiating terms and closing sales agreements. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings. Compensation This role offers significant earning potential through a commission-based structure. Successful Sales Producers can expect to earn between $500 and $2,000 weekly, directly reflecting their performance and sales achievements. This model rewards high achievers and provides a clear path for substantial income growth. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Authorization to work in the United States. To be 18 years of age or older. A mobile device with cellular data and reliable home internet access. A valid Life and Health Insurance license. In addition to these requirements, you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport and trust with clients remotely. Excellent organizational skills are essential for managing your pipeline end-to-end, and the ability to articulate complex information clearly across phone, video, and written communications is paramount.
