Home Infusion Nurse — On-Call Care in Patients’ Homes

Soleo Health is seeking a Full-Time Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Elgin, IL and surrounding areas. The nurse will provide direct patient care, assess and educate patients, and coordinate home infusion therapy with the care team. The role requires nursing experience, infusion therapy background, and ability to work in home or alternate care settings.
