Pacific Northwest Sales Manager

Keg Logistics is looking for a Pacific Northwest Sales Manager who is passionate about closing deals and building long-lasting partnerships. This position is responsible for driving growth across the Pacific Northwest Region — Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Montana — and for developing and maintaining relationships with customers throughout the territory. Reporting to the SVP of Sales, our Regional Sales Managers are integral members of our fast-paced, entrepreneurial team focused on delivering supply-chain solutions for all our customers. Duties and responsibilities Secure new business and maintain a robust business development pipeline across Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Montana. Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers. Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers. Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to assigned accounts. Prepare proposals and internal analyses, and provide recommendations for contract negotiations. Use the CRM to document call notes and visit notes, and follow up on action items after each customer interaction. Use the CRM to generate leads, build quotes and track the sales process internally. Participate in trade shows, conventions and customer events across the region. Take initiative:is proactive, anticipates needs and takes action before being asked. Work environment:able to work independently and remotely for a minimum of 40 hours per week. Qualifications Current business development, sales and business-to-business experience preferred. Experience selling into the beverage, brewing, winery or packaging/supply-chain sectors in Oregon, Washington, Idaho or Montana is a plus. Microsoft Office and CRM software experience preferred. Ability to travel throughout the territory. Territory and travel Territory:Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Montana. Location:remote, based within the territory. Candidates near a major metro hub (Seattle, Portland, Spokane, Boise or Bozeman) are preferred. Travel:approximately 25% to customers, distributors and industry events, including overnight travel across the four-state region. Salary and benefits Salary:competitive salary to match experience.
